The Disco Biscuits
October 28, 2010
Bands tour. The Disco Biscuits are a band. Over the course of 5 days, they took their brand of electronica infused rock & roll on a course that covered nearly 1300 miles and approximately 20 hours on the road. They would provide servings of their brand to fans of String Cheese at Hulaween, an eclectic mix of electronic music sympathizers at MoogFest, and of course to the Biscuits faithful for those interspersed at the aforementioned and fully present for three solo gigs. Squarely in the middle of the Halloween inspired journey that commenced in Philly and ended in Charlottesville, VA was a stop at The NorVa in Norfolk, VA on October 28. Fortunately Honest Tune found itself, for the most part, squarely in the center of it all by sending two lucky readers to The Disco Biscuits Halloween show in Charlottesville, having two correspondents on location at MoogFest, and Brian Spady on the scene at both this gig and Hulaween. Brian was doing what he does best, capturing the moments for us all to enjoy.
