Plant, Krauss Return to Studio, Prepare for Grammy Awards

Three months after the end of their first world tour, Robert Plant and Alison Krauss have reconvened in a Nashville studio to begin work on their second CD.  Band members are in high spirits about the project, tentatively dubbed “The Raising Sand Revue, Part Two.” While the band has no plans to tour this year, they will be performing at the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on February 8.  Though material from “Raising Sand” is nominated for five Grammy awards, the band is looking forward and plan to use this performance to debut “High Lonesome,” the classic Jedd Hughes track they recorded during their first day back in the studio this week.
