Joe Jack Talcum heads out on Top Left America tour

Joe Jack Talcum, guitarist/ vocalist of legendary punk band the Dead Milkmen, is heading out for a brief tour of Alaska in advance of the release of his new live album Live in the Studio due out in August.  The album was recorded at Blue Lake Studios, in Lancaster, PA and features an intimate performance with Talcum, during which he mixed classic Milkmen tunes with brand new solo material.

The Top Left America Tour kicks off July 10 in Anchorage Alaska with a two-night stand at the Tap Root Café.  Talcum will be joined by bassist Dave Hendrickson and drummer Marshall Fischer (Felix Lighter).  Full dates are below.

The Dead Milkmen are also going to be heading out on the road for a couple of rare live dates.  They will be at the Insubordination Fest in Baltimore at Club Sonar June 26 and the Riot Fest in Chicago October 9 & 10.
